Roger eased past Gilles Muller of Luxembourg 6-4 6-3. He will next meet Jarkko Nieminen in the semi-finals.

 

Roger clearly dominated the match against Muller (ATP 66), who had defeated Rafael Nadal in Wimbledon and Andy Roddick at the US Open earlier this year. The head-to-head against the left-hander now stands at 2:0 in Roger's favour.

 

The sixth seeded Niemenen ended the run of Taiwan's Yeu-Tzuoo Wang, winning 6-4 6-7 6-4.

You know what is weird...the ATP site says that Fed plays Murray and that Paradorn plays Jarkko. But if I read the draw correctly, Fed should play Jarkko.

Good Luck for Roger, but I hope that Nieminen brings the best he got, he has been showing some good playing in the last months.
Then again he is playing against Federer, and Federer is Federer... :)
