Roger back in the Davis Cup Team

Roger will make his return to the Davis Cup in September in a bid to help Switzerland preserve its place in the World Group.

Switzerland lost the tie to Australia 2-3 and will fight against Serbia Montenegro to remain in the World Group. Roger implemented a similar tactic last year, missing the first-round loss to the Netherlands, but returned to help Switzerland to a 5-0 whitewash of Britain.

The encounter will take place in Switzerland on September 22-24. Roger said it was important not to underestimate Novak Djokovic, Janko Tipsarevic and co. : "We need to take the match very seriously. They have an excellent team."

if roger is there, the swiss team is already 3-0 up. no one in the serbian team is likely to even take a set off him
