Unidos Por La Infancia

Roger and Rafael Nadal played the second of their two planned exhibitions today. After yesterday's encounter in Zurich the event took place in the Caja Magica in Madrid today.

Just like on Tuesday, it was the host who took home the match after three sets of interesting tennis. Roger was defeated 6-7(3), 6-4 and 1-6. The money raised today will benefit Rafael Nadal's Foundation, the event is called "Unidos Por La Infancia" (united for childhood).

It was so considerate of you to arrange this match up in order to raise money for charity purposes. Aside from being a phenomenal tennis player you are also a benevolent generous person. You are truely a very complete human being

Roger, win lose or draw I am always with you all the way no matter whom you are playing. I was not upset that Rafa won the match in Madrid. I just enjoyed watching you two playing and enjoying yourselves. This was for a good cause and Roger you are still the best!

The outcome before the match, in my opinion was already for Nadal...To share both a win, in their homeland, with both displaying good tennis for good causes. What more do we want !!! Super effort from both players ! Thanks ROGER for bringing up the idea for a charity event like this ! Merry Christmas and a happy new year...
