Madrid: The Draw

05.05.2015 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger will play his first match on Wednesday against Australia's Nick Kyrgios (ATP 46) or Daniel Gimeno-Traver (ATP 66).
In the round of 16 John Isner (ATP 18) should be waiting for Roger, before a possible duel with Tomas Berdych (ATP 7) in the quarters.
In the semi-final, our Champ could then play Rafael Nadal.

Roger will be aiming at his forth victory in Madrid after 2006, 2009 and 2012.

Nadal reverting to old racquet: http://www.atpworldtour.com/News/Tennis/2015/04/17/Madrid-Nadal-Preview.aspx
That could make all the difference. Unlikely Fog will manage a 3-peat, although he looked good against S Giraldo.
You'll be facing tricky players throughout, but we know what a fighter you are - GO FEDS!! xxxxxxxxxx

Both Kyrgios or Gimeno Traver are tricky players if your shots are not there. The issue this week in Istanbul was mainly with your forehand and the harm of your serve. Both things can be easily changed. Your movility is good and you are in good shape. Go for the ttile and try to beat Nadal. If you get the momentum up then you can win both Rome and RG. You are the greatest and the best now. Novak is probably training hard to win RG, the one to deny him that luxury is you. Go for it,

Roger: You have officially launched the attack to reach number one in the rankings again. You are playing well, the match on sunday was good. The first set was perfect, you showed agressiveness and determination, in the second set you failed to convert some breaks but you stuck in there and had the resolve and resiliance to close the match. Now is time to take full advantage of the conditions and the speed of Madrid, practice hard today in order for the balls not to fly away tomorrow.

It is time for dimitrov to make a move. Nadal has a virtual cakewalk to the SF unless Fabio or Stan or dimitrov can come thru and do anything.Murray has kohls again, maybe monfils, raonic and possibly kei or Ferrer. Fed has his possible problems along the way. Hopefully Roger gets through unscathed and wins the trophy. Hopefully no loss to the spaniard. If he has to lose, make it anyone but him.
