And now against Rafa!

31.03.2011 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger had to play just three today to book his spot in the semis of the Miami Masters as Gilles Simon had to retire at 3-0.

After 10 minutes and three games of play - Roger won 12 of 15 points - Simon called the physiotherapist as he claimed to have woken up with a stiff neck. He then realised there was no use in resuming play and shook Roger's hand.

Roger's last few days in Miami have not really been tough and he should be able to attack the round of the last four with plenty of energy. His opponent there is Rafael Nadal, it is the 23rd encounter between the two stars!

Aww Roger..Fans..you guys!! it seems like your're all giving up on him!!??.Just remember every player goes through Ups and Downs is NOT JUST HIM!!! its just that now Djoko and Rafa are playing @ an incredible High level, Roger Federer is a great champion and he'll know when to bounce back! My guess is He'll try to peak 4 the Grand Slams, Me for one would rather see Him WIn the Grand Slams. Good times will B back don't worry :)

My GOD! Nadal - Federer 6:3 6:2 that's funny. pfuuuuuuu
Come on Roger! I always love your tennis, but today you're very wrong.
What's happening? Unforced errors: 38!!!!

I hope you'll play better in Monte-Carlo than today.
But you were, you are and you will be my favourite tennis player always.

he isn't even 30 . 29 is nothing . The man is overfed and is scared of the challenge.
I really start to believe that he was dominant because of no competition for the period of 2003-2007 , beating guys like Rochus .
Sorry Federer I was you biggest fan , but now when I see that you don't even care , I don't care about it either . I think I will switch to Rafa or Djokovic.

Hope you get your act together by Wimbledon. The crowd really wanted you to win, what a shame you couldn't even break him once. Don't listen to the doubters, I know you can have a great clay court season and win Wimbledon. Happy B-day Mirka,

Federer's problem is not being able to rally, simple every other top five player can apart from roger hes trigger happy, Never have i see so many easy balls hit the middle of the net
