5-times Halle Champion pulls |out

Dear Fans

I've unfortunately decided to pull out of The Gerry Weber Open in Halle, Germany. I am very disappointed as its one of my absolute favorite tournaments on the ATP Tour, but my body, especially my groin, really needs a rest. After talking with my team this morning, I feel that its way to risky to take a chance on aggravating it even more before Wimbledon.
I send my very best wishes to all my fans in Halle, and again I am so sorry I can't go this year. But I will see you next year.

HI SIR! I know its hard to cope with the defeat but there is another aspect of life also. The world knows that u r the best and will remain the best. WIMBLEDON is ahead and I want u to be the best and equal Pete Sampras record of 7 Wimbledon titles.This is the moment and God is with u. Good Luck and May God bless u. Take care.

Great decision..I've been with Wimbledon fever for the last two weeks.i'm waiting for your 17th grand slam in Wimbledon.Please Federer do it for me......i'm your die hard fan.surely one day i'll meet you. please visit INDIA.you have huge fans here.

Nice points there, but why's it "Now or Never"? Roger is gonna play for more years and entertain his fans the same way. I believe in his longevity. He doesn't strain much and makes the game look simple. It's now or never for Nadal and others. This could be Nadal's last year at prime. I guess the slide already started for him. We'll know soon. Also, all our Roger fans know that cheater's acts on court, right from the get go. So none of us here cares if he wins against Roger anymore

It's ok dear Roger, don't worry about us you just need to do the best for yourself and your career that has to last many years again because this sport won't never be the same without you... infinitely many thanks for the incredible emotions that you cause us at the RG... you're simply the best... of all time... do you remember the match at wimbledon last year when petzschner about to beat nadal, all of a sudden nadal took a time out. after that time out, petzschner game fell apart. at the conference room, petzschner was so angry. he said : ' I do not see any difference, he move the same way he was moving". These guys know tricks.

Caro Roger, liberati da questa sudditanza verso Rafa. Puoi vincere o perdere ma gioca tranquillo. Ormai non devi dimostrare più nulla. Sei nella leggenda di questo sport e questo non te lo può togliere nessuno. Ad ogni modo sei ancora molto giovane e puoi toglierti ancora tantissime soddisfazioni. Forza grande campione e cerca di essere un po' più cattivello in campo. Sei troppo signore.

SUCH AS TELLING HIM WHERE TO SERVE IN THE FINAL GAME OF LAST YEAR'S USO FINAL ( USUALLY WHEN HE PUTS HIS RIGHT PALM UNDER HIS RIGHT JAW AND SPREADS HIS FINGERS ACROSS HIS LIPS ).

AND FINALLY , YES HE IS DOPING , HE CAN DENY IT AS MUCH AS HE WANTS , IT WILL RESURFACE ONE DAY , I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE THE FITTEST GUY ON TOUR , YOU SHOULD EVENTUALLY GET TIRED , NOT RUN AROUND LIKE A HORSE FOR 4.5 HOURS IN THE 2009 AO FINAL , AFTER HAVING PLAYED A GRUELLING 5 HOUR SEMI LESS THAN 48 HRS AGO.
