Tsonga up next

10.08.2011 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger defeated a determined Vasek Pospisil (ATP 155) of Canada in his first match at the Rogers Cup 7-5, 6-3 today.

Roger had to work quite a bit for the win, especially in the first set as it took some time for him to find his rhythm. He snatched the first set on the last occasion with the first break-balls given as Pospisil was serving to get into the tie-breaker. Roger was more at ease after that, jumping to a 3-0 lead in the second set and then easing through his service games to wrap up the victory.

Roger will now meet Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France - his chance to avenge the Wimbledon quarter-final defeat, when Tsonga came back from two sets down to defeat our champ.

Please do a favor for you and for your fans, RETIRE now. Unfortunately you NEVER EVER will win a single tournament again. Accept this fact and retire NOW. Simply amazing how bad you played 3rd set. What a mess Roger.

Congratulations Roger. What an indifferent way to face third set. Why the effort in second set. Just to send it to the wind in the early third? Tsonga took his first match against you in Montreal when you were leading 5-1 in third set. Can you be able to do the same?

Best for all

you're deserved to be losed. Too many error, uneffective net play, small of service ace and so on. all of your play was not your original play. Please change your coach and raket APSP.
