Roger out against Tsonga

12.08.2011 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger lost his second match within a month to Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, ending his quest for the Montreal Masters title after a 6-7(3), 6-4, 1-6.

Roger was a further top seed after Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray to exit the event. “I played two matches, I feel good physically,” he said. “Jo played an excellent third set. The first two sets were tighter. I should maybe have won the first one, I had some opportunities."

Hi Roger how are you? You hit some amazing shots like that beautiful backhand slice, that incredible backhand return, all the beautiful effects and those aces!

Cheer up and keep fighting, the American stretch still holds great opportunities.

Take care and have a nice trip to Cincy, farewell.

I love you…

Isabel. ;) xoxoxoxo

I think you played well against Tsonga, but don't know what happened in the 3rd set, however i'm sure u'll figure it out. Good luck against Delpo champ, he's gonna be a tough competitor, so train hard and please don't let go the marvelous backhand you showed us in Tsonga's match.
Cincy's trophy is yours champ so prepare to raise it.

Roger you need more intensity, more willing to play, can not lose concentration at any point of the match, every point has to be played with intelligence and you know it ... If you want to win has to prepare more ... .. May God bless you roger ....

True COOLGAL... Tsonga is irritating to watch when he plays Federer because he does everything to get the win, but in the end, he doesn't win the tournament. So what's the point? His legacy is built around a few shock upsets but no gold / silver at the end of it. Not really a memorable one. Hard to imagine how he is a crowd favourite. And he got no answers for Djokers game. He simply wilts away. Want to see Nadal vs Tsonga, Nadal will give him a pasting.
