Roger out against Tsonga

12.08.2011 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger lost his second match within a month to Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, ending his quest for the Montreal Masters title after a 6-7(3), 6-4, 1-6.

Roger was a further top seed after Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray to exit the event. “I played two matches, I feel good physically,” he said. “Jo played an excellent third set. The first two sets were tighter. I should maybe have won the first one, I had some opportunities."

Hey Roger, no worries, forget about Tsonga. What you achieved so far remains forever, and your French Open this year, the best clay tennis and greatest tennis fashion I have ever seen. We all know, that you have another Grand Slam in you, but relax, if not this year, there will be years to come. Still able to find the magic, give us one more. Say hi to your beloved family.

Just as you faced difficulties and the negativity of others in the early years of your career so now in the later years you again confront disappointments and set backs; only now you have your unmatched achievements to give you heart. This is perhpas the hardest part of your tennis life; but in a few years the negative comments and those who made them will be forgotten, but your supreme mastery will not, but will remains forever. And you are not done yet, I'm sure.

Hey Rog: Hope you can beat djoker at least three more times this year so he cannot take your record, among active players, of fewest loses in a year. You have(if Im not mistaken) 6 chances, just by 50% will be enough. However, you know we are spoiled by your greatness so if you can beat him on those potential six matches we will be forever greatfull. So you know, the only person that can beat Roger is Roger. Write back to you after W&S masters starts, if not I will seem a stalker.

So sorry about the loss Roger. You manhandled him in the second set, especially when his smash hit the net from your repeated net charges. The third set was somewhat unlucky, unfortunately. I hope you can hat-trick in Cincinnati!
