Roger out against Tsonga

Roger lost his second match within a month to Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, ending his quest for the Montreal Masters title after a 6-7(3), 6-4, 1-6.

Roger was a further top seed after Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray to exit the event. “I played two matches, I feel good physically,” he said. “Jo played an excellent third set. The first two sets were tighter. I should maybe have won the first one, I had some opportunities."

Roger, We still believe in you! You can win!
‘Life’s battle doesn’t always go to stronger or faster men; but sooner or later the man who wins is the one who thinks he can’. Lance Armstrong being a classic example. Even in tennis, Rod Laver was one of those who went on winning even after the age of 30.

Roger im very sorry for the loss,dont worry about it.but please dont say things "like Tsonga didnt deserve the victory two years ago",it sounds arrogant:(

i don't know what to say but it was the worst night I've never had
not for the game against tsonga i love you any way .. but for watching you lose it without fighting .. roger it's not sham to lose a match against any one .. but the sham to lose without fighting that's sham, you're the legend of tennis and will remain forever, I'll love you and support you to the end and you said Once before it's not about age it's about what's your body can give, I'm so sad roger but i will always love you

roger is at the end of his career and it shows travelling with a wife and two small children cant be right too many distractions and in his interviews all this talk of having fun and thought i played well i dont think so somehow dont get me wrong this man is the best of them all but its all over. his game now is patchy and any of the top 10 players must fancy there chances he has no chance of winning another slam its sad to say but they all have their day.

In reading thru pages of comments, I find we are a 'motley crew', we, Roger's fans. Maybe we need to define 'fan(s)? Many comments seem to be more about the author of the comment than about our 'hero'. Do we expect superman? Are our lives so out of balance that we feel impelled to pass judgment from our perspective. FIND THE GOOD. JOY in it, if you can. kt

Roger, i think the next months you will have to be like Capitan America, the first avenger. By this I mean you should play with that drive and anger that helps you destroy your opponents. You played like that the last masters and you won by a landslide. Please play like that, you still have a lot of tennis in you and physically you are better than ever. I will be cheering for you, waiting for your Roger slam and your gold medal in London. my best wishes, your fan till the end of times.
