Shanghai Rolex Masters

23.09.2011 | Tennis, Starseite 1

After consultation with my team, I’ve unfortunately decided to pull out of the Shanghai Rolex Masters in order to take some necessary time to rest and recuperate after a long summer. I have some nagging injuries that I need to address and I look forward to returning to the ATP World Tour as soon as possible. I have very fond memories of Shanghai so I will miss this amazing tournament and all my loyal Chinese fans, but I look forward to returning to China next fall.

Yours,
Roger

Roger is in Dubai practicing and getting ready for the last 3 tournaments of 2011. After his rest, I think he is recharged and will do well. He will probably recapture his #3 ranking by the end of the year. I doubt that he reads any of these comments because of all the negativity. Roger surrounds himself with people who support him, encourage him, and help him to be the best he can be.

DON'T GIVE UP. ROGER WILL NOT LET US DOWN.

That's a long way off for him to stay number 4. It would kill me if Roddick and Hewitt overtake him. I just hope Johnny MAC is not in the Campionions Race when Federer qualifies!!!

**BROOKFED25***

Rogi can stay nr.4 until 2014 than his daughters will be 5 years so that's
the right time to say goodbey.

Number 4 and dropping!
Please retire or start to give a sh**. You show no effort or enthusiasm on court.
You can't continue to pull out of tournaments or play poorly and then expect to do well at grand slams. Nadal, Djoker and Murray are here to stay and others are playing well and can beat you on a any given day.

Ho voglia di rivederti in campo, di ammirare il tuo stile, di vederti combattere, di vincere. Forza Roger.

I do not think the new rankings really reflect the abilities of the top 4 players. AM has gained a 1000 points with RFl knocked out and Roger and the Djoker missing. Roger has been in quarter finals and better in just about every competition. he just has not won won, so still very consistent. To top it all, he is the only player to beat and the last games lost, only by misfortune and the smallest of a hairs breadth to the Djoker, sorry can not refer to the Djoker as No. 1. Come on Roger!
