Roger made it through to the quarter-finals after defeating Jarkko Nieminen 6-1, 4-6, 6-3 at the Swiss Indoors today.

It looked like an easy win in the beginning as Roger raced through the opening set. But three double faults left him a double break down in the second as Nieminen grabbed a 4-1 lead and later the set.But our champ found his serve soon after in the decider as he dropped a single point on his first serve and secured one break which gave him just the lead he needed to make it into the next round in Basel.

That's more like it Rog, poor Andy always makes you look so good even when you're not 100%. Glad to see you're playing yourself into good form now and you're looking like the Roger we all know and love. All the best against Stanny tomorrow and keep focussed!!
