Roger soars into semis

Roger showed a master class performance today to defeat Rafael Nadal 6-3, 6-0 at the ATP World Tour Finals.

Roger outclassed Nadal thanks to a highly concentrated performance, showing his full repertoire in front of a thrilled crowd. The match started with both players holding serve - until Roger seemed in a world of his own after taking a 4-2 lead with a break. He had almost 90% of his first serves in in the first set! Roger showed no mercy in the second set, breaking Nadal three times and sealing his victory after precisely one hour.

 

Thanks to his victories against Tsonga and Nadal, Roger has secured place 1 or 2 in Group B and thus a spot in the semi-finals. He can play Thursday's match against Mardy Fish without any pressure.

An extraordinary performance indeed!!! Everybody's reaction was: what happened on that court? TV commentators were astonished - just like everybody else - and didn't know exactly what to do with all the time left because of your meteoric appearance.
We thank you all for such a magnificent spectacle and can't hardly wait for much more to come!

Roger. the years of drought had passed. The American Fish said in the Tennis.com article said that he can beat you. This is his chance because he work hard. Is he the only player who work hard. As if he is saying, he deserves to win tomorrow. Big EGO head with the injured hamstring that he hardly can move around the court. ROGER, beat the American Fish tomorrow and show him that this tournament is his last. Knock him down and may his big ego drop to the deep blue sea, where he belong.
