World Tour Finals Auction

01.12.2011 | Foundation, Starseite 1

The eight singles finalists who qualified to compete at the 2011 ATP World Tour Finalists raised $57'261 through a unique worldwide player locker charity auction organized by the ATP.

The lockers, personally stocked with signed memorabilia by each of the top eight singles players were on display in the Fan Zone at The O2 across the eight days of the tournament.

Save the Children, the charity partner for the tournament, will receive 50% of the proceeds from the auction, with the other 50% going to each player's chosen charity. Roger's locker  received the highest bid with $17'800 and therefore 50% of this money goes to the Roger Federer Foundation.

merry christmas roger and to the family.....hope you are working hard...i was actually thinking that as a atp players council president u should raise issue of courts speed across the world....the courts should be faster which are supposed to be...as it would give variety...im not saying it shud be like only serve and volley...but some of the courts needs to be faster (wimbledon uh)....thats all i have to say....enjoy

An impossible dream of course...
to play mixed doubles with Martina Hingis at the 2012 Olympics in Wimbledon.

I was wondering how would you do that. But I'd have loved it !!!
Yes, it will be enough with your singles and your doubles with Stan.

I guess your vacation is over, just 4 weeks to Australian Open.
I hope your hard work will be rewarded.

Frohe Festtage und sensationelles 2012 to you and yours!
