Rally for Relief

Dear Fans

This coming Sunday, we will be organising a fund-raising event for the victims of the floods here in Australia. Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Kim Clijsters, Lleyton Hewitt, Sam Stosur and Pat Rafter will also be among the players to participate. Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for the people in Queensland who have lost everything in the devastating floods.

Tickets for the event in Rod Laver Arena are available at www.ticketek.com.au, they are 20 Dollars each. Furthermore, the ATP and WTA will donate 10 Dollars for each ace hit at the tournaments in Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart and the Australian Open.

This is for a really good cause - I hope lots of you can come out here to help the flood victims!

I was lucky to be able to watch part of the Rally for Relief late last night ...
Such fun ! such generous spirit ! all joined under the brilliant sky of Australia!!!

No competition,,,just an amiable expression of friendship among the fiercest of
opponents , their generous hearts joined for a worthy cause !
Much fun and so very touching !

'twas a lot of fun for the cause, champ~!! just watchin' the telecast on TC, and the last matches w/ u/RN/KC/SS were a joy to watch for the great cause...

You are such a kind and thoughtful man thinking of these unfortunate people in Australia. As well as your wonderful tennis, your amazing generosity is also one of the many reasons why I and all your other fans love you so much. I hope the event raises loads of money for such a worthwhile cause.

Hello Roger,

How sad that again this year another catastrophe is demanding our attention. Such a wonderful idea to raise money for the victims in Queensland. I have no doubt that you and your colleagues will make it a wonderful event for spectators both at RLA and for all those all over the world watching it on TV like me. I wish you success and a lot of fun.
