Roger is continuing his amazing series of wins in the new season! Once again there was no stopping him, this time in Doha/Katar, taking the title with a 6:3, 6:1 victory against Croatia’s Ivan Ljubicic. It was Roger’s 14th victory in series in a final! Roger has lost a mere 2 matches of his last 45 encounters. It is his first time to win the title in Doha – after having participated for the first time in 2003, but only making it to the quarter finals. Ljubicic stood in the final for the second time in a row, but had to face a defeat just like in 2004. Congratulations for this great performance, Roger!
