Miami: the draw

The draw for the Sony Ericcson Open in Miami is out.

After a first-round bye, Roger will face the winner of the match between America's Ryan Harrison (ATP 73) and Italy's Potito Starace (ATP 58). In the third round he could meet another American, Andy Roddick (ATP 34), former winner of the event. After that, a match with Spain's Nicolas Almagro (ATP 12) or France's Gaël Monfils (ATP 14) is possible, before our champ could meet America's Mardy Fish (ATP 8) in the quarter finals.

Having won the three tournaments in Rotterdam, Dubai and Indian Wells lately, could play Novak Djokovic (ATP 1) in the semis.

You are simply amazing to watch Roger and congrats on Indian Wells and all the other matches and victories the past months. I am so happy you spoke up to those who only think of Joker and Rafa and not what you have accomplished this past year. I get so angry when I read the comments of sports writers etc who have no clue of the brilliance of what you are doing NOW. I hope you make it all the way back to Number One and show these so called experts who is truly the greatest of all time.

Good luck. But more important is to win many more grand slams. I am expecting min four more slams or close to 25 slam titles.

My feeling is that your draw looks pretty good: can't see any of them troubling you the way you've been playing (superbly). No one is better than you and regaining no. 2 is great motivation. i hope you and your family are fully recovered. Like all your fans, can't wait to see you again; you've been breathtakingly brilliant for the last several months, even though the slower courts dont (apparently) suit you. One more week of effort and then a well deserved rest. It would be absolutely perfect if you can manage this one as well. I am watching your points, you have Rafa in your sights and you are not that far behind him.
