Roger breezes into semis

Roger cruised into the semifinals in Madrid today with a 6-4, 6-4 win over David Ferrer.
Both Ferrer and Roger proved they are in good shape, but Roger was in control of the match most of the time. He secured a break in each set to eventually seal the victory after 80 minutes.
Roger will play tomorrow's semi-final against Janko Tipsarevic who defeated Novak Djokovic today. Our champ leads the head-to-head 4-0.

It was a great match, very enjoyable. By the way, I don't know why Nadal and Djoko made such a big deal on the blue surface when they lost. It may be a little bit different clay but the surface is equally unique for players across the net. Wimbledon is slower and slower but Roger did not thread to boycott Wimbledon. I guess the new champs are spoiled to be too big to fail.
