Final in Halle
16.06.2012 | Tennis, Starseite 1
Roger cruised past Russia's Mikhail Youzhni 6-1, 6-4 today to book a spot in the final in Halle.
Roger was never really in danger, dominating play in the first set. He continued in just the same manner in the second, fighting off three break points, though, to make everything clear after exactly 60 minutes on his fourth match ball.
Roger will play his 105th final tomorrow. He will either meet Philipp Kohlschreiber, who defeated Rafael Nadal in the quarters, or Tommy Haas, who won against Tomas Berdych.

RF is not 100 percent fit !!!!! but he and his crew are covering it up !!!
Look at his forehand full of stress !!! Hip injury will spoil the party !!
You lost to the better player today! Tommy Haas deserved to win, though I'm very unhappy because of that you didn't play well! If you are not hurt when falling it would be good.Take a rest and prepare for Wimbledon! You are far better player from all of them, only today you were not good!Shame!
Wish you all the best and good luck dearest Roger!
Love, Mimi
One wonders sometimes if many on this site know ANYTHING about tennis and or other players.
Tommy Haas is a very good player has been all of his playing career--reached no 2 some years ago-- has has numerous injuries & surgeries BUT has fought his way back after, on many occasions, long lay offs. When he was no 2 his parents involved in a seriuos accident--Tommy took many months off to care for them.
What I am saying he loves playing tennis & in spite of his numerous adversities
