Final in Halle
16.06.2012 | Tennis, Starseite 1
Roger cruised past Russia's Mikhail Youzhni 6-1, 6-4 today to book a spot in the final in Halle.
Roger was never really in danger, dominating play in the first set. He continued in just the same manner in the second, fighting off three break points, though, to make everything clear after exactly 60 minutes on his fourth match ball.
Roger will play his 105th final tomorrow. He will either meet Philipp Kohlschreiber, who defeated Rafael Nadal in the quarters, or Tommy Haas, who won against Tomas Berdych.

And being German I was torn today. I always root for Roger, even when he's playing against a German, but with Haas today, being 34 years old, probably not that long around anymore, I'm happy for him.
Roger you had some bad and some good moments. Too many errors.
It feels that you couldn't find your rhythm.. At the beginning of the match you took the lead and you played exceptional tennis but then it seemed that you got a bit dissapointed when Tommy Haas found his rhythm. Please don't read the comments below. People are idiot and they don't allow you to lose. You can take some good rest now and get ready for Wimbledon..
