Roger cruises through
Roger won his opening match against Albert Ramos (ESP, 43) 6-1, 6-1, 6-1 in Wimbledon today, mking a perfect start to his quest for a record-tying seventh title.
"It's rare to be up in the scoreline like today on a regular basis. It is maybe why it is a good time to try it out, then you can use it in tougher moments, difficult moments, to throw your opponents off. Who knows if I'll need it down the stretch?, " Roger said.
He needed just 79 minutes to breeze through today. Roger dictated the match in all possible ways. He is now the most successful active player on grass with his 106th win on the surface. He said the ease of his win had given him a chance to practise his serve-and-volley game.
Next up is Fabio Fognini (ATP 68), against whom Roger has only played once, dropping just two games.

BOTING I saw that with your comment, you downgraded Roger’s victory..
WELL either learn tennis, cause I’m pretty sure you know nothing about tennis, or go and watch Nadal who struggled to pass through to the 2nd round and couldn’t win easily Belluci who is currently ranked 80th in the world..
I am very curious to see what you have to say so please reply sth.
And I think he can!
