In round three with ease
30.07.2012 | Tennis, Starseite 2
Roger cruised into round three at the Olympics with a very clear 6-2, 6-2 victory over France's Julien Benneteau today.
Roger played much better today compared to his opening match at the London Olympics. He struggled with his first service game but found his rhythm right away to break Benneteau. After that, Roger was unstoppable. Securing a break to take a 3-1 lead in the second set openend the road to then seal the deal after just under an hour.
Roger will now either play Luxembourg’s Gilles Muller (ATP 56) or Uzbekistan’s Denis Istomin (ATP 34).
Later this evening, Roger and Stanislas Wawrinka will play Japan's Kei Nishikori and Go Soeda in the doubles tournament.

I'm so happy b/c I was really stressed/nervous about this match!
way to go, champ! :)
don't stop until you touch the gold medal
and now good luck Fedrinka. Go boys!
Loads of Love
