Dear fans

 

I am very disappointed that I have to withdraw from Toronto as I love the city and the Canadian fans are amazing. I have always enjoyed playing there but after a long stretch of tournaments, I will need some time to recover. I look forward to coming back to Canada next year.

Well, I think he hoped he would be fitter. Of course you want to win a match which is that close. Same thing happened when Nadal played against Youzhny in Chennai in the Final 2008 after having played a 3 and a half hour match the day before. Nadal lost 6-0, 6-1.

Agree...he doesn't believe and is going through the motions...so sad to watch!...he is not himself for sure....still the best player in th world, past and present...having a bad day...nice for Murray to inally win a big one...a gift from Roger though
