Hi Roger ... my suggestion is that you should at least play one of the 500 tournaments in end sept. to pre-empt any loss of points in oct/nov. You are defending 3000 points there & ending year as Number 1 is another opportunity to equal sampras's record. You are already at pole position here & can't loose now. More than any tournament, finishing off 2012 as no. is important. This will help you in Aust open also. That's what i feel however, needless to say, u know better. Ahmad(from Dubai).
