This evening 8pm [20hrs] Monday 8th on ABC 1 Australian Story it is Rod Lavers story. Roger is one of the persons interviewed in it.
This am Rod Laver was interviewed LIVE on air--not only a wonderful former tennis player but a warm and humble human being still to this day. He, Rod spoke of his career, how he became interested in tennis, how the game has changed etc etc. He like Roger, said that he has ALWAYS LOVED playing tennis having first played at 6yrs old
O Rog the week has started off brilliantly :-) The West Indies have won the t20 world cup and I am ecstactic . I hope this is a good omen for the rest of the week . I can just feel the wave of positivity ! Shanghai here we come !!! Best of luck Rog :-)
