BURKEFEDFAN:It had happend to me before when I ordered a calendar. I called my bank and they said they just needed an authorization from you (by phone was fine) being it is an out -of- the-country purchase. (I noticed you are also in the US). This is part of their security protection. When I did that, my order went through.
