Roger notched up a 6-3, 6-4 victory against Marin Cilic at the Shanghai Rolex Masters and will now play Andy Murray in semis.

Roger was always in control of the match: he won the first set after only 36 minutes by breaking Cilic three times. All in all, it took Roger 1 hour 24 minutes to win this encounter, as he shot nine aces and 26 winners.

Next up is Andy Murray who sent Radek Stepanek home in three sets.

Murray was too good so not all blames goes to Fed... I guess Fed needs to be little unpredictive, its the second time Murray came out with a plan and read Fed's game fully. But in the end its a game and one has to be on losing side :(

Wish you can finish 2012 on a high ....
