Semis against Murray

Roger notched up a 6-3, 6-4  victory against Marin Cilic at the Shanghai Rolex Masters and will now play Andy Murray in semis.

Roger was always in control of the match: he won the first set after only 36 minutes by breaking Cilic three times. All in all, it took Roger 1 hour 24 minutes to win this encounter, as he shot nine aces and 26 winners.

Next up is Andy Murray who sent Radek Stepanek home in three sets.

Congratulations, 300 weeks is fantastic. Playing in Shanghai is tough, the court is super slow that not suits your style, but most favorable to Novak. Maybe some fans who do not satisfy with your performane here just because they didnt notice or dont even know. Most players hardly execute their service game, it like playing in clay court. I dont know why they slowing the court, it ruins the beauty of tennis game. Anyway, i just happy to watch you play even win or loss.Good luck against Andy
