Semis against Murray

Roger notched up a 6-3, 6-4  victory against Marin Cilic at the Shanghai Rolex Masters and will now play Andy Murray in semis.

Roger was always in control of the match: he won the first set after only 36 minutes by breaking Cilic three times. All in all, it took Roger 1 hour 24 minutes to win this encounter, as he shot nine aces and 26 winners.

Next up is Andy Murray who sent Radek Stepanek home in three sets.

Great win,Roger! (KITTYTHECAT)--don't understand your view of a "difficult match" and "frustrating."! Roger played great, masterfully. All matches are contended, and that is the way it has always been. Sometimes like this, sometimes like that. It's the end result, and the consistency that counts.
