Roger's 2013 schedule

Roger's tournament schedule for 2013 is out: he is planning to play the following tournaments in 2013, plus hopefully the ATP World Tour Finals in London. 


The 2013 schedule is as follows:


Australian Open, Melbourne
ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournamen, Rotterdam
Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, Dubai
BNP Paribas Open, Indian Wells
Mutua Madrid Open, Madrid
Internazionali BNL d'Italia, Rome
Roland Garros, Paris
Gerry Weber Open, Halle
Wimbledon
Rogers Cup, Montreal
Western & Southern Open, Cincinnati
US Open, New York
Shanghai Rolex Masters, Shanghai
BNP Masters , Paris

Schedule shows Roger gave up the hunt for no1 ranking. Speed and backhand return are two areas where he cant compete with other three but he should really get mentally tough, because at his age and his accomplishments he is just to nervous in croucial situations. If he could win close matches (not on clay) I think he would still have great chance for more GS.

What about Qatar Open....I think playing Qatar would have been a better preparation for Australian Open....Hope Roger will add it to the schedule...

Hi Roger, I haven't come to this site for a while but I watched you play two matches this year which was absolutely marvellous. This schedule looks brilliant and I'm sure you will win another 5-6 titles next year starting with the Aussie Open. Being in Britain, we heard of all the big things Murray did this year but it was so refreshing to witness Roger at his imperious best in Wimbledon. Can't wait to see you again!
