Swiss Athlete of the Year 2012

Roger has been elected Swiss Athlete of the Year 2012 at the Credit Suisse Sports Awards gala. It is already the fifth award for Roger after having won it in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007. 

"There is nothing more wonderful than receiving standing ovations in Switzerland. I do hope I can continue to spark emotions," Roger said to a thrilled audience. 

It was the first time since 2005 that he was able to personally attend the gala as Switzerland was an ideal stop-over between the Gillette Federer Tour through South America and his next stop Dubai.

Roger esta en primer lugar en la encuesta; pasó a Orlando Bloom por más de 1000 votos; y pensar que iba por debajo de 10,0000 votos, tenía 6,500 cuando esto se puso mejor y empezaron a votar, por el HOMBRE MAS ATRACTIVO; y eso es Roger, atractivo en todos los aspectos de su vida, como profesional del tenis; como ser humano y mucho más. I do not understand the page with 31 votes on it either, but I can say if your vote goes through correctly and you put in that letter gram thing in correctly it then comes through with thank you for casting your vote and you end up on another page where you see the real votes Roger has. He is in second place at the moment, but only about a thousand and so behind Bloom. He is catching up! If you put the letter thing in wrong it returns you to the 31 vote page. Hope this helps!

I keep trying to vote for Roger on the Hello link that was posted here, but the number of votes doesnt change from 31! I have tried 7 times so far! Perhaps I need a facebook account to vote?

tienes razón KUETSCHUEK, la belleza es relativa, es de acuerdo a como uno la mire y yo la veo así, todo en conjunto y sobre todo aquello que una persona tiene por dentro y puede expresarlo con sus actitudes hacia los demás. No necesitas ser hermoso físicamente para ser atractivo o tener belleza; la belleza de una persona va más allá de eso; trasciende a ella misma, se refleja en todos los actos que realiza y también en su vida profesional. TODO ES UN CONJUNTO QUE NUESTRO KING, TIENE. CUIDA

Tienes razón, Luhana, la belleza también puede venir del alma, del espíritu, de la forma de ser, pero una no implica la otra, y en este concurso SOLO están votando por la belleza fisica. Así que dejémosela a ellos. Nuestro KING juega en otra categoría... además la belleza es relativa, no?

La belleza también es una cualidad cuando esta no sólo es física sino viene del alma, del espíritu, de ser un hermoso ser humano, ESE ES EL CASO DE ROGER Y REALMENTE EL ESTA SIENDO INCLUIDO EN TODO COMO DICE CJM. En todo caso KUETSCHUEK, NO ESCRIBAS "REINA DE BELLEZA" PORQUE ESO ES EN FEMENINO, PREFIERO QUE TE REFIERAS A EL COMO "THE BEAUTY KING".
