Swiss Athlete of the Year 2012

Roger has been elected Swiss Athlete of the Year 2012 at the Credit Suisse Sports Awards gala. It is already the fifth award for Roger after having won it in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007. 

"There is nothing more wonderful than receiving standing ovations in Switzerland. I do hope I can continue to spark emotions," Roger said to a thrilled audience. 

It was the first time since 2005 that he was able to personally attend the gala as Switzerland was an ideal stop-over between the Gillette Federer Tour through South America and his next stop Dubai.

☆Something indescribable and fabulous, you are a winning machine!!! When thinking about all the impressive that you do, a wonderful thing, had no blue clay in Madrid to impede his victory was there and beat you with his whole category ever, was ahead in thought, never complaining, always higher learning to overcome obstacles, strong mentally and physically, I think this is what makes a true champion and winner exemplary, in retrospect the same year was a wonderful year!!!☆

☆2012 was a great year with big victories in tournaments awesome as it was in Rotterdam, Dubai, Indian Wells, Madrid, London and Cincinnati Masters, go back to number 1 (302 weeks), 7 th title in wimbledon, medal of the Olympics beyond the more your show in South America on the Gillette Federer Tour!!! Was truly an amazing year!!! ☆

So Nadal is out of the Oz Open. Although I've never liked his tennis, I do feel sorry for him. But the whole thing is mysterious. The stomach virus story doesn't convince me. If it is his knees, that is just more proof that playing his type of tennis destroys your body. Or else it's somethimg more serious ..... mental or physical.
