Roger through in three sets

Roger advanced to the fourth round of the Australian Open today with a 6-4, 7-6(5), 6-1 win over Australia's Bernard Tomic.

Roger managed to dominate the much-hyped clash over most parts, breaking Tomic in the first game of the match and ending it with a monster serve. It got a bit tight for Roger in the tie-break in the second set as his opponent came within two points of snatching the set, but our champ saw off the challenge and took the set by winning all of the following points in the tie-breaker from that moment on.

Roger will play Milos Raonic in the next round as he bids for an 18th grand slam title and fifth at Melbourne Park.

Terrific match, Roger. Hung tough through all those break opportunities and taught the youngster a lesson or two -- two dozen. Another one coming up!

WoW Roger! What a fantastic match. Loved every minute of it (had no problem
staying awake @ 3 - 5 am).
Also love the whole pink outfit. Still remember when you wore the pink shirt at
the Rogers Cup in Toronto. The media went crazy that time too. You definitely
know how to shake things up!!!

watch the double faults
also when you missed a serve u seemed upset, dont get upset just move
on and play the point well.
also seems like ranoic has a cheering crowd just ignore them, stay focused on
your game black out the crowd, roger to the final. go roger

Congratulations ! Brilliant win against Tomic. He seemed wanting. Stunning service game along with forehand, backhand and volleys. Well done. Your previous game with Davendanko seemed to prepare you for the task ahead.

Been having a hard time logging on to this website with my iPad via Constantia, SA. Had to find other alternatives. Love the pink ! Love the outfit. Elegant and classy. Cannot think of anyone male that makes pink look masculine.

I coudn´t see the match of today! but I saw the highlights! and you are playing exactly the way you want to! is just amazing!!!.... and besides that, I do looove your outfit for AO!!! you look soooooo cute!! my baby the best luck to you in this tournament!!
