Roger through in three sets

Roger advanced to the fourth round of the Australian Open today with a 6-4, 7-6(5), 6-1 win over Australia's Bernard Tomic.

Roger managed to dominate the much-hyped clash over most parts, breaking Tomic in the first game of the match and ending it with a monster serve. It got a bit tight for Roger in the tie-break in the second set as his opponent came within two points of snatching the set, but our champ saw off the challenge and took the set by winning all of the following points in the tie-breaker from that moment on.

Roger will play Milos Raonic in the next round as he bids for an 18th grand slam title and fifth at Melbourne Park.

Couldn't watch the match...I was dying to find out the results this am...You did it Roger ! as I knew in my heart that you would but the butterflies were there ! and you did it in 3 sets, in great style...in spite of the hype ! I am so happy for you...
Congratulations sweet Roger ! Onward you go !!!

Great exciting match. Glad you won tie break
However during 3rd set you shook your head when yo u missed a serve
then missed the point next. Just move on and dont get upset.
Same advice with Ranoic..keep your focus, dont get upset, play like you
did Tomic but better. Go Roger. Stay focused let nothing bother you.
