Out against Berdych

Sorry to say that Roger lost in the semi finals of the Dubai Open to Tomas Berdych. In the first set he was strong and positive winning 6-3, then followed a score line  of 6-7(8), 4-6 to see the match finish in favour of Berdych. The tiebreaker in the second set was back & forth with Berdych coming out the eventual winner – at one point our Champ was 5-4 in the tiebreak but could not convert this in to a set win. Berdych then upped his game and went on to win the 3rd set 6-4 helped by some untypical Roger errors. "Pity to lose that one, but Tomas did well to hang in there," Roger said. "Obviously I leave this match with a lot of regrets. "You do all the right things for so long, and then at the end you've got to explain why you didn't hit two shots decent," he said. "So it's disappointing."

Gut wrenching. How can I be polite and honest ? You should not be losing to Berdych at all...at anytime. You are one of the most talented tennis players of all time. Berdych will never reach your sucesses. The mind is very tricky, never think about age when playing these younger players. You will win against them. Your tennis game is so complete.

Do not forget who you are.

Oke Roger, now it is your time to shine. Together with Berdych you two are the only ones who did not win anything this year. Please change that.
I love you, I want you to play your best and win.
You can and you will do that. Tough draw, but you don't get or want anything easy.

dearest roger..it cnt b ignored man!1 u gotta improve it smhow bcz ppl r again questionin ua capacity to win tournaments..n i knw u cn win..go go go roger win indian wells and defend rest of the titles too.You have 2 improve ur mistakes roger...improve 1st serve% and reduce your unforced errors..cmon roger there is still a lot more tennis left in your body..don't carry d pain of last match..juz concentrate on winnin against d big guys loadz of luck n love....

I was thinking that for sure they will give our Maestro Benneteau, Berdych and Nadl. Ha HA I was 100 % correct.
Never mind my dearest Maestro, take them all on. You will be healthy and you will do well. I am happy no matter what the outcome is as long as you are helathy. Yes Sir.

Hi Roger so sorry you didnt make it against Tomas which must be very disappointing for you. He seems to be an awkward player for you at times and sadly you were unable to raise your game after he raised his in the second and third set. However am sure there are ways to frustrate him and be strong and positive as you were in the first set.

Good luck and success in Indian Wells; with you all the way.

Love Federer.. Poor Fed is mostly loosing to Luck!!! Or to Hard work!!and Some rare times to less practice?? (not sure of this one tho)

.. like ATP WTF 2012,lost by mere 2 points but lost! its luck. AO was mix of luck and hard work!. Murray's hard work was on display and Fed talent is good enough until Semis but beyond he needs more hard work +work on his mental strength which is by practice. 1st serve is the key which is missing and 2nd serve man where is Fed monster kick serve? :(
