Yet to drop a set

29.05.2015 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger has made it through to the round of sixteen at the French Open without dropping a set. He showed an excellent display today, defeating Damir Dzumhur 6-4, 6-3, 6-2.

He will now either meet Gaël Monfils (ATP 14) or Pablo Cuevas (ATP 23).

Monfils will have played 2 five setters if he wins. So hopefully he will be tired. Does Cuevas have it in him to pull this out? Many questions. Last 5 setter was 2 hrs 50 min vs Swartzman. Already 3:03 time at 1-1 in the 5th in this one. What a match. I thought Cuevas had it in the 4th. Talent vs consistency. Who will win out?

I think the Crowe is starting to get to Cuevas. This will not be a pretty set.

I've never seen Dzumhur before. He has a great game. Seems to have styled himself on Roger's game. Good win for Roger. It will be interesting to see who meets on Sunday. Monfils Cuevas match is into a 5th set!
