It took Roger just 1h 23mins today to blow away Andy Roddick 6-4, 6-0, 6-2, advancing to the Australian Open final. The American had beat Roger just two weeks ago, but did not stand a chance this evening with Roger playing one of his best matches ever.

He ran off 11 consecutive games against sixth-seeded Roddick. Seeking his 10th Grand Slam title, he blunted Roddick's powerful serve and whipped passing shots seemingly at will.
