Cincinnati: the draw

11.08.2013 | Tennis, Starseite 1

The draw for the Masters-1000 tournament in Cincinnati is out, Roger's path to a sixth victory is no easy one.

After a first-round bye he will either play his first match against Mardy Fish (ATP 78) or Philipp Kohlschreiber (ATP 24). In the quarter-finals, a meeting with Rafael Nadal is possible before Andy Murray could then be waiting in the semis.

As defending champion, Roger is aiming at his sixth victory in Cincinnati after 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2012.

nadal played mostly clay courts after his return.
Now onwards real test for him.he usually doesn't have good season after wimbledon.
Now onwards he has to play fast hard courts.
its very difficult task for him.

Yeah, blasting Nadal may not help Roger, but one can feel good to know that many people across the world feel the same about that faker & cheat.. How can he right away start winning tournaments after 7 month layoff? No matter how good a player you are, it takes time if its a real injury..

@ Fancyfree, don't tell me to grow up. I can see the truth, you are so blind to see the truth. Well can you explain to me how can Nadal recover that quickly?

Roger is back on court I hope that he will go far in this tournament.

MISSFED well said.I don't bye this thing with the knee injury anymore. My first thought back then, was that he went to a psychiatric clinic,to deal with his obvious ptsd and his mental condition after his loss to Rossol.I'm not being funny,i honestly have this kind of suspicions.Think about it.How did he get that well and so strong so fast?He lost weight that soon?these injuries destroy carreers, you don't come back running like a horse.......

Grow up please. It is tedious to keep reading about Rafa's alleged drug taking over and over again here. It serves no purpose. Amen
