New York City Event

09.09.2006 | Off Court

On the afternoon of August 24th, traffic came to a standstill on 54th street and Lexington Avenue in New York City as the world’s top two ranked men’s tennis players took to the streets as part of an exhibition elevating the biggest rivalry in the sport.

Located just outside of Golfsmith Golf and Tennis store, more than 2,000 New Yorkers gathered to watch Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal play tennis in what many predict to be a preview of this year’s US Open finals.
