Roger vs. del Potro

26.10.2013 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger booked the second spot in tomorrow's final of the Swiss Indoors by beating Vasek

Pospisil 6-3, 6-7(3), 7-5 today.

It was a tight match and Roger already had the chance to wrap it all up serving for the match at 5-3 in the second set. After losing the tie-break, he fell back 1-3 in the third set before battling back and scoring another break to secure his spot in the final, to the delight of his fans in his hometown Basel.

Roger will play Juan Martin del Potro (ATP 5) in tomorrow's final - our champ can qualify for the World Tour Finals by winning just this one more match.

Dear Roger
I'm sorry for you, sorry for myself, because you lost to Delpo (you shouldn't have to at all, he was not that better!), but I'm happy you began to play much, much better.
I hope you'll continue playing well, though your first opponent in Paris will not be an easy one!
Good luck dear Roger!
Hesad up! Go, Roger, gooooooooooo!
Love, Mimi

JODOUG - exactly, stupid reasoning by those guys. If Roger was a coward he would do what those guys suggested. In that case, it is also an embarrassment for Delpo to have not won a Masters 1000 or a make a grandslam final since 2009.
