Roger defeated after fight

05.11.2013 | Tennis, Starseite 1

After a tough battle at the ATP World Tour Finals today, Roger was defeated 4-6, 7-6(2), 2-6 by Novak Djokovic in his first match in Group B.

Roger was not able to convert two break points towards the end of the first set and later dropped his serve as Djokovic grew in confidence. The second set was a true battle, Roger came from 40-0 down to break his opponent and gain a 3-2 lead. But with three more breaks in the following games the players eventually fought their way into a tie-breaker - which Roger clearly won. The decider was then in the hands of Djokovic who wrapped up the match after 2 hours 22 minutes.

Ramcharan - Nadal's draw for AO 2nd week. Kohlschreiber/ Nishikori 4th round, Gasquet QF, Ferrer SF. That is a lol of a draw but highly possible with Nadal. When I tell my father the draw for Nadal he just has a wry smile (like it was not due to luck but intentional).

Ramcharan - don't be surprised if you see Murray, Federer, Delpo and Djokovic in the same half of the draw at AO 2014.

Ramcharan - whomever is behind the suspicious draw wanted Nadal to win two group matches to secure the year end No. 1 ranking. He pretty much got put with Wawrinka, whose never taken a set, Berdych who has no clue how to play Nadal and Ferrer, the guy who just doesn't have the fast serve or powerful shot to trouble the Top 3. Even in 2011 when Djoker was No.1 he would draw Fed at grandslams, Nadal always had the easy route. It can't be coincidence, when it happens so many years and so often.

As I mentioned earlier the draw looks ridiculously suspicious.. It'd have been balanced if atleast DelPo and Ferrer exchanged their spots.. One-sided group vs heavily loaded group.. So unfair.. May justice be done in the end..

It's Impossible to Understand Every Time he is looking too Aggressive on his serve on his Shots but after 3 or 4 set's he starting Unforced Error Double Fault's not Returning the Serve well, also Volley Short Return and all those thing's Given chance to A opponent Like top 3,4 Guy's to Win Point's Easily and then he is not allowing Roger to come bk in the Game.
Roger have to be now work Mentally and becomes Mentally Strong, as he was 1 and half year ago.

Fantastic to have seen Roger at the 02 last night. Atmosphere terrific and no doubt who most of the spectators wanted to win. It was a very good match, so sad about the result, especially as Roger worked so hard to take into a third set, but then Novak broke his serve in the first game. Good luck Roger for the rest of the tournament. x

****Federer's#1Fan****
I am expressing my feelings out of frustration.....a true Roger fan will definitley realize it instead of giving a crap response.
Do not drag country / nationality into this. Has nothing to do with being any kind of fan.
Do not want to enter into any kind of message exchange with you. Stop yr bs.
