Indian Wells final

15.03.2014 | Tennis, Starseite 1

Roger secured a spot in tomorrow's final in Indian Wells with a strong 6-3, 6-1 victory over Alexandr Dolgopolov.

Roger's stats today speak for themselves: 7 aces, 12 winners, just 12 unforced errors, 6 of 8 net points won and 4 of 9 break-points converted. He did not face a single break-point himself. Roger's run started at 3-3 when he secured a first break and then went on to win 5 consecutive games up to a 2-0 lead in the second set. It took our champ just over an hour to book his ticket for tomorrow's final.

Roger will play his 116th final against Novak Djokovic or John Isner for a record fifth title in Indian Wells.

honestly, roger has this bad habit to send balls to opposite of open side. with this habit, he cannot win after getting sick by mono in 2008...

So Djokovic is serving for the title next. I hope that he has the same doubts as he did yesterday against Isner.
