Roger defeated in final

20.04.2014 | Tennis, Starseite 2

Roger was defeated by fellow Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka 6-4, 6-7(5), 2-6 in today's final in Monte Carlo.

Roger started well, taking the first set thanks to a break to 3-2. Stan gained momentum, breaking Roger in the second set, but our champ responded with a break himself. The tie-breaker was decided by a mere two points with Stan taking it 7-5. Roger fell two breaks behind to trail 0-4 in the decider and was finally defeated after two hours and 13 minutes of play.

Are you a doctor or dietitian Goodmania? Where actually did you source this information?

Most salt is our diet is derived from processed food and an excess of it by you adding even more causes blood pressure and other problems.

Good hydration is necessary yes, just drink water. Forget adding salt/sea salt.

water in our body is 0.9% salt....its the best thing ever to drink 0.9% sea salt water...yes if its over 0.9% salt, you will have diarrhea... first thing you will notice is your skin will be smooth as baby skin...it improves heart, muscle, brain function, digestion, eyes, lungs and everythings...

Whaaat? Salt water is dehydrating.
Yes the body will retain the water but it's because it NEEDS the water to reduce the concentration of the salt. That's why drinking salty water never quenches your thirst, rather increases it.
Tennis players need to lose water to reduce body heat, and drink more water to compensate for the lost fluids.

Roger put 2 and half sea salt(not salt but only sea salt) into water and drink water a lot!!!! its very important for your overall health. you won't urinate much even though you drunk a lot because sea salt holds water inside your body. it will hydrate your body(the most important thing to a body after breathing) which gives you a lot strength to play tennis and better reaction time. you get a lot of sun so i wont talk about getting sun bath.

Hi Roger !! plz win this!!! You do that by watching highlight of djokovic vs nadal and learn their defensive moonball skills and patience. send balls to nadal's backhand first most of the time. practice top spinned backhand to avoid net errors. you beat nadal very easy...!

Dear Roger: I really hope you are training really hard for Madrid, you got handed a though draw but you can take names and get payback from some difficult loses. You can beat down Robredo, Murray and Nadal and then either Novak or Stan. All of them have caused heart breaking losses to you in the past, now it is time to erase all of that, play with the fire in your eyes, serve like a champ, fast and varied, attack and master the drop shot, you will take number 4 and show it to the world, go champ
