Stan and Roger out in first round

After Rome, Roger and Stan Wawrinka have again entered the doubles competition in Hamburg. Unfortunately the two Davis Cup teammates were once again unable to make it to the second round. They were defeated by James Blake and Mardy Fish (USA) 1:6, 5:7.

Roger will play his first singles match at the Masters-Series tournament tomorrow afternoon. He faces Argentina’s Juan Monaco (ATP 48), a player he has not yet met on the Tour. Monaco, a Buenos Aires resident, won his first career ATP title with a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Italy’s Alessio di Mauro in the Buenos Aires final this year.

Hi Roger, I'm Martina, from Rome!...It's a pity that you lost in double tournament...however I think that you have to relax and concentrate more in single! don't worry...I'm sure that you'll be great and everything who makes you feel worry will disappear

It looks like you are some uncomfortable with your current racket model. Why don't you just throw it away and try with the last season model? You are still on time to do it. Obviously your drive is not the same and the volley aswell. Too many u

Congrats, you played like the old wonderful you.
I noticed you missed running forehands (in clay) maybe you want to get the clay out of your sneakers after EVERY point. You only do it occasionally

It will be Safin or Ferrero next, i think it will be another hard match, dont know who you prefer.

First of all sorry for the doubles but a big CONGRATUALTIONS on a hard fought match which i believe was good for you to have not a easy first match becasue that would have done nothing for you this tested you mentally and where you are phys
