Roger’s next opponent, Germany’s Tommy Haas, has had to withdraw from the tournament with a strained stomach muscle.

 

Tommy Haas received the injury during his Friday match against Dmitry Tursunov, and is expected to be sidelined for at least a month. The 29-year-old German has been plagued by injuries in the last few years, and the 2007 Wimbledon was first tournament since he left during the opener of the Masters Series event in May with a shoulder injury.

 

Roger is disappointed about the situation as he was looking forward to the eleventh match against his friend – eight of which he won so far. In the last eight, taking place on Wednesday at the earliest, he will face either Juan Carlos Ferrero (ATP 18) or Janko Tipsarevic (ATP 64).

If you are watching the Roger's game against Ferrerro, you should know why I am afraid. I really want to be wrong, but seems that our great champion lost his confidence, even on grass courts.

Only 37 minnutes of tennis yesterday before the rain came. How anyone can come to a conclusion re Roger's play good or bad is beyond me. I'm sure JCF hasn't! Worry and anxiety is just another form of negative energy and upsets the kids on this site.

Dear Roger Team and Fans,

I am watching the Nadal's game against Berdych. He is really playing very well. If our great champion not improve his game, he will be in trouble if Nadal goes to the final.

I love Roger but when I watched him play yeasterday and not being able to serve out the game I REALLY REALLY doubt him getting to the final let alone win Wimbledon. If he gets past Ferrero Roddick might be waiting and we all know Roddick is in top form ri

Dont agure with Nadal's fan please. You'll make Roger sad. We dont need to talk about Nadal's match. Good or bad, nadal's fan knew and we knew. let's cheer Roger for his QF.
