Roger was not able to finish his quarter final against Andre Agassi on Wednesday night. The match has been postponed until Thursday due to rain, the score being 6:3, 2:6, 7:5 for Roger. Play will be taken up at 2 p.m. local time (20.00 Swiss time) at the earliest, if the weather permits. The only break in the first set (4:2) went onto Roger’s account. In the second set Agassi countered Roger’s service twice – 2:0 and 6:2. In the third set it was yet again only Roger to break his opponent. Until now it was rather Agassi who showed the stronger performance.
