Maurice Lacroix Launch Event

After a successful launch event at the Swiss Tennis Open in Gstaad to launch the close partnership between Maurice Lacroix and Roger throughout Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, Maurice Lacroix USA had the opportunity to organize a second official event for important press and retailers before the US Open in New York. The location selected was a renowned, private, traditional tennis club in the heart of New York City. As for the event held in Gstaad at the beginning of July, the content existed to make the official announcement about the partnership and bring the similarities between Roger and Maurice Lacroix to the forefront: Perfection, quality, and precision in the art of watch making and in tennis, dedication and passion for details. Maurice Lacroix USA could land a great coup securing James Lipton, host of the Emmy-nominated “Inside the Actors Studio” to moderate the “in conversation” session with Roger, Philippe C. Merk, CEO Maurice Lacroix, and Stuart S. Sklar, Director Maurice Lacroix USA. Journalists attending lauded this press “conversation” as one of the most unique press events they had encountered in recent times. The conversation was then followed by two intimate activities that allowed the press and retailers gathered to have interaction with Roger on his “home turf” – tennis – and win two tickets for the final of the US Open. In addition, guests were able to have a picture with Roger in a special branded photo area of the tennis club.
