Roger upset by Nalbandian

David Nalbandian proved too strong for Roger once again today. Our star was defeated 4-6, 6-7 (3) in the round of the last 16 at the Masters-Series tournament in Paris.

 

The match did not start well for Roger, falling behind two breaks. He managed to fight back to 4-5, but the Argentinian managed to hold serve in the last game, even if he had to struggle. Roger leveled a another break in the second set but was not able to take home the tie-break against the number 21 of the world ranking. Nalbandian's career record against Roger now stands at 8 wins and 8 losses.

 

This loss does not change anything about the fact that Roger will end the year as number one and will participate in the Masters Cup in Shanghai.

My opinion is that Roger Federer is the best as a player and as a person when he loses much more when he wins. Good bless him

hey man one of the most dissapointing games for me was the one in madrid, so i really had my hopes in this one, you HAVE to work on your devolution¡ especially the backhand devolution, the net definitions you put too much top spin in them , and the serve

RAILROADMAN: It is because roger doesn't have his Masters Cup points... That happened to me too... And im really scared because Nadal is just 995 points behind... now Roger has to win MC to recover the points ATP took off to him... anyway, i dont now why

Roger, fiquei muitos dias sem querer saber de nada depois da sua derrota em Paris. Só hoje fiquei sabendo das últimas notícias. Boa sorte na China, e saiba que aqui no Uruguai vc tem muito pessoal torcendo por vc.
