Second win against Pete
22.11.2007 | Off Court
Roger won 7-6 7-6 after two close tiebreak sets in a match being played to mark Malaysia's 50th anniversary of their independence from Britain.
Sampras troubled Roger in the opening set tiebreak, but our star edged ahead at 7-6 with a fine forehand winner and tied up the set with a winning backhand drop volley.
The second set followed a familiar pattern, but Roger again edged ahead to win the breaker 7-5.
Their final stop of their Asian tour is in Macau on Saturday.

If you liked the RF logo hats that Roger wore this year at Wimbledon and the USO, and can't seem to buy one - do check out the RF hats petition thread on the English Roger Off Court forum here at RF.com (link: www.rogerfed
