Out of AAMI Classic

Dear fans

 

After arriving in Australia last Friday, I came down with a terrible stomach virus on Saturday and it continued to get worse over the weekend. After trying to practise on Saturday afternoon, I went to see the doctors and they immediately performed a series of tests. The doctors have advised me that I should take a couple of days off and recuperate so that I am able to be 100% for the start of the Australian Open. Therefore, as a precaution, I will need to withdraw from Kooyong. I hope to resume practice by the middle of the week.

I'm probably a bit behind the times, but I hope you get well soon. We're all dissappointed at not being able to see you play at Kooyong, but your health is the most important. Rest well Roger!

Hope you are fighting fit for the AO. I was supposed to be going to Kooyong but had to cancel. Hope to see you practice Tues as I leave Aust. Wed. Best wishes for another successful season, Sue

but no problem as long as you're gonna be ok..your health is million times important than any tournament...so get well soon and take a good care of yourself...hope to see you doing great by the time of the australia

i really hope it is not serious, because i would like to see you add another grand slam trophy to your collections.

it is sooo sad to hear about u falling sick, but i hope u feel better before the australian open thats all that matters right now to all the fans that u have. hope u get better soon and recover soon. u made the right decision always remember that ur heal
